From smoke detectors and fire alarms, to boards for gasworks and oil refineries and ‘intrinsically safe’ lighting, we have a wealth of experience in the security and safety sectors.
Our experience includes the manufacture of control boards for respiratory devices, specialist laser equipment, circulatory equipment and IPL machines, and we have a thorough understanding of the comprehensive approvals process associated with the sector.
We have previously manufactured specialist text phones for the deaf and in-built crash-helmet headsets, as well as dealing with various Bluetooth module requirements for numerous different functions.
We have manufactured boards for specialist colour mixing units for the movie industry, and have produced complex sound-recording equipment with over 30 PCBs – right the way through to final assembly of the finished unit.

We create huge amounts of specialist lighting for a variety of retail environments from PoS display cabinets right the way up to shopping centres, as well as 360 degree photographic equipment for online sales and card scanning devices.
As well as lighting - including specialist bolt-on lights for rally cars and prototypes / pre-production for tail-lights for various supercars - we have produced complex black-box style recorders for buses, delivery trucks and vans to track movement and activity.
Our experience covers a range of lighting requirements – including for cockpit - as well as energy management systems for solar-powered drones for a well-known tech giant.
We have significant expertise in the sector, particularly with specialist horticultural lighting manufacturing, designed for both precision and rapid scalability. Our experience even extends to dedicated ‘mood lighting’ to facilitate artificial insemination for horses and acidity measurement sensors to work in dairy cows’ stomachs.
Our work includes cable detection equipment to survey the ground before digging and cement-measuring equipment to ensure compliance and standards, through to lighting control and building management systems.
